What materials are your scarves made from?

How should I care for my scarf?
Care instructions vary by material and are included on each product page. In general, we recommend gentle hand washing in cold water and laying flat to dry. Proper care helps preserve color, fabric integrity, and longevity.
Are your scarves limited edition?
Some designs are released in limited quantities. Once a limited-edition style sells out, it may not be restocked.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order ships.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary by location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

We accept returns on unworn, unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Return requests must be initiated by contacting us directly.
Can I exchange my scarf?
Yes. Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.
Are any items final sale?
Yes. Items marked as Final Sale, including certain limited-edition or promotional items, are not eligible for return or exchange.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund.

Will my information be shared with third parties?
